How to prepare Cereal Laddu:

Step 1) To prepare this dessert recipe, place a heavy-bottom vessel on low flame & drop jaggery along with slight water into it. Allow the jaggery melt & stir continuously to make sure that there are no lumps left. When the jaggery melts, turn off the flame.

Step 2) Then, add sesame seeds, ginger powder, and cardamom powder to the melted jaggery & mix finely all the components. Include crushed muesli, roasted almonds, cornflakes & mix all the ingredients properly in the mixture. Put the mixture into a plate & put it besides for the cooling.

Step 3) Once the mixture cools down, shape them in tiny Laddus or balls & place aside to set them. They are good after a couple of hrs & could be stored in an air-tight container at room temperature for after utilisation. Enjoy!
